The length of the foot in cm is used to determine your shoe size. Here are instructions on how to take your measurement and find the right size. Standing, place your bare foot on a piece of paper and trace the outline (or have someone do it for you) with a pencil held upright. Repeat for the other foot. If the measurements are not the same, keep the larger of the two. Find your size using the chart below, by looking at the size of your foot length measurement.

Regarding the width of your foot, we cannot provide you with a table because this measurement is very delicate to take. To determine if you need a foot width option, rely on your regular shoes. If you are comfortable with the width of your regular shoes, do not choose a foot width option. It's also a fairly difficult measurement to take accurately, so it's best to rely on how you feel based on your regular shoes. Desert Boots Camargue

Our Camargue desert boots belong to the chukka family. It is a timeless, a safe value, since always.

This model has been highlighted by the famous English brand Clarks, in the 40s. They were then worn by soldiers in the Moroccan desert.
Generally made of calf leather or suede, they are differentiated by a rubber sole. Originally the sole was made of crepe, one of the most insulating materials available (suitable for walking in hot sand).

For our Camargue model, we have chosen to use Airlite because crepe is a material that expands with temperature and is difficult to age, unlike Airlite.

Airlite is widely used by podiatrists. This light and durable material has a good resistance to abrasion and shock absorption. It is particularly suitable for people with joint or back pain. An Airlite sole, applied to any shoe, will provide unparalleled comfort while walking.

Excellent Shoes

My experience with La Botte Gardiane products has been excellent and the jerome sandals were no exception.

There is some stretch to the leather. I inquired with customer service about sizing as I'm based in the US. I typically wear a US 8 / UK 7. I went with a 41.5 but probably could have gone down to a 41 without a problem. The shoe still fits fine thanks to the adjustable strap.

Heritage

For a long time, I've been looking not for an alternative but for a replacement for the German sandals that everyone wears. Summer shoes that could replace derbies. This brand represents all the savoir-faire of France, and the quality lives up to expectations, as does the price. I'd advise taking a half size down to let the leather adapt and expand to the foot. That's the mistake I made.
